Sensus 243-12-2 2" NPT Gas Pressure Regulator 3/4" Orifice

The Sensus Model 243-12-2 2" NPT Gas Pressure Regulator, 3/4" Orifice, large capacity service regulators are designed and built for commercial, industrial, and gas distribution work. It has a 12" Diaphragm; Internal Relief Valve (IRV); 3/4" Orifice, 30Deg Seat, 40 PSIG Max Inlet; Standard Position 105. They are right at home in such places as factories and foundries, district regulator stations, commercial laundries and laundromats, motels, hotels and apartments, bakeries, restaurants, schools, churches, and hospitals.

Sensus Models 243-8-1 and 243-12-1 are standard regulators, Sensus Models 243-8-2 and 243-12-2 includes an internal relief valve (IRV), Sensus Models 243-8-4 and 243-12-4 offers low pressure cut-off (LPCO) and the Sensus Models 243-8-6 and 243-12-6 have both IRV and LPCO. And finally, there is the Sensus Model 243-HP (High Pressure) regular and the Sensus Model 243-8PL (Pressure Loaded) regulator. They all have a variety of body sizes, loading springs, and orifices sizes available. The versatile Sensus Model 243 is used for all kinds of gas fueled equipment such as boilers, burners, furnaces, ovens, heaters, kilns, engines, air conditioners, etc. Remarkable field versatility results from the union connection between the fully interchangeable bodies and diaphragm-case assemblies.

They are easy to install, adjust, inspect, and service in all kinds of piping arrangements. While used primarily for natural gas services, Model 243 regulators perform equally well on LPG vapor, air, dry CO2, nitrogen, and other inert gas applications.
